Santa Rosa Beach

The forecast calls for rain later today.  So I can't finish staining Hannah's playset during her nap, and that means I get a free pass to edit pictures and update the blog.  We went to the beach with Weston's parents and brother a little over a week ago.  This post just includes the pictures I took with my DSLR.  I'll do another post with more pictures from the Iphone and stories, but here are the shots of our cutie pie feeling very serious at the beach one evening.

Caroline is ONE!

My sweet niece turned one at the beginning of last month, and we had a fun party at a local park.  Caroline loves anything round.  So Joe and Lindsey threw her a circle themed birthday party.  We had balloons, bubbles, balls, and hoola hoops.  Even all of the food carried the round theme too.

Hannah had a blast running around with the other children and playing ball with her cousin.

Even her banner carried on the circle theme!

The birthday girl wasn't quite sure what to do with her cake.  So her Mommy helped her take a taste.  That is Caroline's grandmommy smiling in the background.

I wish I had gotten more pictures, but I was chasing a one year old around a playground and just enjoying the party myself.  My brother and his family from Texas all flew in for the celebration.  So that made the weekend even more special!
